Patient Referrals
We accept referrals from general practitioners, specialists and allied healthcare practitioners such as nurse practitioners and podiatrists.
If you are a medical practitioner and require urgent or non-urgent advice, please call Dr Joseph Hockley through his rooms on 08 6183 2861 phone option 2.
Referrals can be sent via HealthLink ID vasurgwa or fax (08) 6316 1490.
Dr Hockley is a No Gap provider for privately insured patients, DVA patients and all inpatient services.
